Buat doh roti, Kaedah 1, penggunaan Bread Maker (BM), masukkan semua bahan Doh dan ikut arahan menguli pada BM masing-masing dan tekan Start, tunggu sampai siap di uli dan boleh terus ke langkah no. 4 di bawah. <span style="color: rgb(204, 51, 204);">-sy uli pakai mixer, masukkan semua bahan dan uli hingga jadi doh. Kemudian terus ke langkah 3.</span><br /><br />2. Kaedah 2, Jika uli tangan, masukkan semua bahan doh di dalam bekas adunan dan uli hingga tidak melekat pada tangan, Tips untuk dapat doh yang lembut, ambil plastic bersih dah letakkan doh di dalam plastic tu, ramas-ramas beberapa minit, lebih kurang 8 hingga 10 minit, keluarkan dan uli semula dalam bekas adunan, anda akan dapat doh yang lembut dan elastik.<br /><br />3. Kemudian perap doh dan tutup bekas adunan dengan plastic wrap atau kain bersih dan biar doh naik dua kali ganda. Selepas itu tumbuk-tumbukkan doh bagi mengeluarkan angin.<br /><br />4. Bahagi doh pada 2 bahagian, 1 bahagian di bahagi dua dan bulat-bulatkan setiap satu, masukakan dalam acuan sandwish loaf dan 1 bahagian lagi di bahagi pada 9 bahagian kecil dan bulat-bulatkan, susun dalam acuan petak 18cm, Biarkan doh naik dua kali ganda, masa yang diperlukan lebih kurang 40 minit ke 1 jam, gliss permukaan doh dan bakar pada suhu 180 darjah selama 16-18 minit atau sehingga permukaan bun perang.<br /><br />5. Sejukkan atas redai, dan simpan di atas bekas bertutup bagi mengekalkan kelembutan nya. Kalau ada ketulan2 tepong ditapis, larutkan ianya.<br />5.Bila dah tapis, tanakkan sebentar mixture nie under slow fire for a few minits dalam 5 minit jer dah ok. Mesti kacau selalu mixture nie.<br />6.Kemudian masukkan dalam loyang dan kukus for 45 minits.<br />7.Setelah ianya masak, permukaan kuih nie selalunya lembab sedikit when it is hot. Campurkan susu cair/ susu segar, telur, gula dan yis. Kacau sehingga sebati dan biar yisnya berbuih sedikit.<br />2. Kemudian campurkan mentega yang telah dicairkan dan sedikit pewarna kuning.<br />3. Masukkan tepung kedalam bread machine dan uli sehingga ia menjadi doh yang lembut dan sebati. - <span style="font-style: italic; color: rgb(255, 102, 102);">sy pakai mixer</span><br />4. Perapkan adunan sehingga ia naik dua kali ganda. Bila adunan telah naik dua kali ganda tumbuk doh dan uli lagi.<br />5. Buat doh roti, Kaedah 1, penggunaan Bread Maker (BM), masukkan semua bahan Doh kecuali coklat chip dan ikut arahan menguli pada BM masing-masing dan tekan Start, tunggu sampai siap di uli dan boleh terus ke langkah no. 4 di bawah.<br /><br />2. Kaedah 2, Jika uli tangan, masukkan semua bahan doh kecuali coklat chip di dalam bekas adunan dan uli hingga tidak melekat pada tangan, Tips untuk dapat doh yang lembut, ambil plastic bersih dah letakkkan doh di dalam plastic tu, ramas-ramas beberapa minit, lebih kurang 8 hingga 10 minit, keluarkan dan uli semula dalam bekas adunan, anda akan dapat doh yang lembut dan elastik.<br /><br />3. Kemudian perap doh dan tutup bekas adunan dengan plastic wrap atau kain bersih dan biar doh naik dua kali ganda. Selepas itu tumbuk-tumbukkan doh bagi mengeluarkan angin.<br /><br />4. Masukkan coklat chip dan uli sebentar, selepas itiu bahagi doh pada 14 bahagian kecil , dan bulat-bulatkan kemudian susun atas dulang pembakar atau dalam acuan bulat . Boleh juga susun dalam acuan petak. Pastikan dulang pembakar di alas dengan baking sheet atau digliss dahulu dengan marjerin.</p> <p>5. Setelah bun naik dua kali ganda, gliss pemukaan bun dengan bancuah madu+susu tadi, akhir sekali bakar pada suhu 180 darjah selama 18 ke 20 minit atau sehingga permukaan bun perang. Setelah siap dibakar, sejukkan atas redai dan simpan di dalam bekas bertutup, bagi mengekalkan kelembutannya. Selamat berhari minggu. baru jap tadi hubby keluar pergi ke pengembumian arwah mak dan abang kawannya di Kg. Gajah.
